 Elite Home Builders recently completed a total rehab of our new loft in Lincoln Park. After having interviewed several contractors, my wife and I selected Elite after meeting with Ira. He gave us the confidence to select Elite to work with us on this project. We could not have been happier with our choice. The rehab project involved the entire first floor of our unit and a portion of the second floor. Ira and his team, including our Project Manager Robert, were great. They were always on time, kept us informed of the project, were respectful of the building since we are in a condo, and more importantly, provided us with incredible final results. Elite was able to work with our designs and ideas as well as give us some great ideas of their own, and turn them into our dream loft. The project was on budget and on time. We highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for a contractor, they will exceed all of your expectations!
