They include home improvement loans, debt consolidation, 90 days same as cash, lines of credit, no money down, and FHA financing.

The interest rates can range from 1 point below the prime rate to 2 points above.

The prime rate at this time is 5.00%.

For the homeowner that does not need financing we accept the major credit cards as shown below.

If this becomes a cash deal we can split the balance of the project in 2 or 3 payments during the remodeling period also known as stage funding.
